Venice is an amazing city where it truly feels like you’ve gone back in time. Trav and I happened upon this little bridge while searching for a recommended restaurant for lunch. This was certainly off the beaten path and since the restaurant actually didn’t open for another 45 minutes and there was nothing else around, we decided to take advantage of this spot and snap a few pictures.
We found the best way to enjoy Venice was to truly wander through the narrow paths that make up this maze of a city. Traveling in the off season is a great way to save money and avoid crowds. And while summer is much warmer, it is fun to bundle up and walk around in the brisk air.
